About RPI and ECSE

 

Rensselaer is the oldest technological research university in northern America, and the ECSE department is (one of) the oldest programs in the nation offering degrees in electrical engineering, we take pride in a very successful body of alumni/ae who have gone on to lead positions in industry and academia.

 

Graduate Programs

 

You can apply to our graduate programs by following the instructions available here. Admission decisions are made by the ECSE Admission Committee and the Office of Graduate Education. Undergraduate programs and grades, GRE scores, reference letters, and the statement of purpose have key roles in admission decisions.
